Return Policy

Airbük is a peer to peer shipping platform and does not maintain its own inventory. If you wish to return a product visit the website of the product that you wish to be delivered to you and check their return policy. In any case, do not forget to collect the original invoice from the travellers at the time of the delivery.

Cancellations

If you see the status, as “Open for offers”, you may cancel the order by going into the order details and selecting the 'Delete Order' option. You may cancel your order at any time before awarding the order to a traveller by making the deposit. 

If you have already made the deposit then only your traveller can cancel the order. Due to the various return policies of retail/online stores where travellers purchase your item, once an order is awarded to a traveller,  refunds cannot be issued in most cases.

Refunds

However, if you would like to see if the cancellation for your order may be possible after you awarded it to a traveller, please contact your traveller in the Airbük app. Travellers are often willing to cancel the order from their end if they haven’t purchased your item yet, though cancellation is not be guaranteed. 

Once the traveller cancels the order, we will refund your deposit at once. Please note payment processing fee once charged will not be refunded in any case.
